Once you buy our plugin, you'll need to verify your purchase to unlock support and assistance inside our Discord Server or via e-mail. Looking for help? Here you go!

### Verify your purchase

Head over to the "┏📋𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱" channel, scroll down and click on the green button "**Verify Your Purchase**". Click on "**Voxel's Kills**" and fill in the form with every information required. You'll receive the buyer role within 24-48h (usually takes around 2h) and complete access to the *dedicated* support channel.

<summary>Where do I receive my role once the verification is completed?</summary>

Roles are automatically assigned inside our Discord Server, to the username **you** provide. If you can't join our community, just insert an **alternative** contact username inside the verification form.

<summary>Does the plugin have trackers / APIs / obfuscated code?</summary>

Yes. Obfuscation helps us to prevent leaking or piracy in general, granting a great product for our buyers that keeps safe its intrinsic value.

API track various data such as: your **billing details, download count, servers / networks presence, IP addresses, file uploads and related info**.

These kind of data are stored in our archives and kept completely *private*, as they become useful for *legal action* only if plugin's policy is broken. You may request deletion by opening a ticket in our Discord Server.

Actually, no. However, depending on the community's behavior, we may implement this feature in the future. If your plugin copy doesn't result valid, and you've already checked the purchase verification, you may contact us immediately through any platform.&#x20;
