*** *** ## Voxel's Kills Giveaway – Terms of Service A valid purchase of Voxel's Kills from one of the eligible marketplaces listed in these Terms is required to enter this Giveaway. Last Updated: June 29, 2026 These Giveaway Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the Voxel's Kills Giveaway ("Giveaway"), organized by Voxel Inc. ("Organizer"). By purchasing Voxel's Kills, participants agree to these Terms. *** ### 1. Organizer This Giveaway is organized and managed by Voxel Inc. *** ### 2. Prize The Giveaway winner will receive: * One (1) HyperX QuadCast Gaming Microphone. The prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative product offered by the Organizer. *** ### 3. Eligibility Participation is automatic for customers who purchase Voxel's Kills through one or more of the following official marketplaces: * Spigot * BuiltByBit * voxel.shop (previously Polymart) No additional registration is required. Only verified purchases made through the marketplaces listed above are eligible. *** ### 4. Multiple Purchases Participants may increase their chances of winning by making multiple eligible purchases. * Multiple purchases made on different supported marketplaces are valid. * Multiple eligible purchases made using the same account are counted individually. * Each eligible purchase counts as one (1) entry into the Giveaway. *** ### 5. Invalid Entries The following purchases are not considered valid entries: * Purchases that are refunded. * Purchases subject to chargebacks. * Cancelled or otherwise reversed payments. Voxel Inc. reserves the right to remove invalid entries at any time. *** ### 6. Giveaway Goal The Giveaway will take place once 100 total eligible purchases of Voxel's Kills have been reached. Eligible purchases are counted across all supported marketplaces. If the total of 100 eligible purchases is not reached before December 31, 2026, the Giveaway will automatically expire and no winner will be drawn. *** ### 7. Winner Selection Once the Giveaway goal has been reached, one (1) winner will be selected at random during a live drawing held in the official Voxel Inc. Lab Discord server. Discord Server: Joining the Discord server is not required to participate, as all eligible buyers are entered automatically. Participants are nevertheless encouraged to join the Discord server to attend the live drawing. If the selected winner is not present in the Discord server at the time of the drawing, Voxel Inc. will notify the winner using the email address associated with the eligible purchase. *** ### 8. Claiming the Prize The selected winner must respond within 15 calendar days of receiving the winning notification. If the winner: * does not respond within 15 calendar days; * declines the prize; * refuses to provide the required shipping information; * cannot be contacted using the purchase email address; or * is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Voxel Inc. reserves the right to draw an alternate winner under the same conditions. *** ### 9. Prize Delivery The prize will be shipped directly by Voxel Inc. To complete the shipment, the winner (or the recipient designated by the winner) must provide: * Full name * Full shipping address * ZIP / Postal Code * Country * State / Province (if applicable) * Phone number This information will: * remain strictly confidential; * be used exclusively for shipping the prize; * be processed in accordance with Voxel Inc.'s Privacy Policy; * be permanently deleted within 30 days after successful delivery of the prize. *** ### 10. Gifting the Prize The winner may freely gift or transfer the prize to another person. If the winner chooses to do so, Voxel Inc. will only require the shipping information of the final recipient for the sole purpose of delivering the prize. *** ### 11. Organizer Rights Voxel Inc. reserves the right to: * verify the validity of purchases and entries; * request proof of purchase where reasonably necessary; * disqualify fraudulent, abusive, or invalid entries; * postpone, suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway where necessary due to fraud, technical failures, legal obligations, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Voxel Inc. further reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate, abuse, or interfere with the Giveaway, including but not limited to: * fraudulent purchases; * payment disputes or chargebacks intended to artificially increase entries; * exploitation of technical vulnerabilities; * any conduct considered unfair or in violation of these Terms. Any significant modifications to these Terms will be communicated through Voxel Inc.'s official communication channels whenever reasonably possible. *** ### 12. Liability Voxel Inc. shall not be responsible for: * shipping delays caused by postal or courier services; * customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or any local fees imposed by the recipient's country; * incorrect shipping information provided by the winner; * packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law. *** ### 13. Privacy Personal information collected from the winner will be processed solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment. Shipping information will never be sold or used for marketing purposes and will only be shared with shipping providers where necessary to complete delivery. All shipping information will be permanently deleted within 30 days following successful delivery of the prize. *** ### 14. Applicable Law This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in this Giveaway is lawful under the laws of their country, state, province, or other applicable jurisdiction. Voxel Inc. makes no representation that participation is permitted in every jurisdiction and reserves the right to refuse or disqualify entries where required by applicable law. *** ### 15. Final Provisions By participating in this Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms as well as Voxel Inc. general ToS. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
